Personal Client Agreements

Personal Clients are those who secure the same regular appointment time with a prepaid agreement. 

This agreement is for the same time-frame with 1 option and covers a 6 month period.
These appointments are entered into on an individual basis
and require a sincere commitment from the client to participate
and be responsible for setting and attaining successful goals.

1. The General Fee for this 6 month period is $1,000.00 for one 2 hour session per week.
2. And $500.00 incremental increases for 2 sessions per week.
